What you do:
Present regional, national and international newscasts, headlines, news flashes, and special news programs, as well as conduct interviews, in keeping with corporate standards and policies.
For reference purposes, this position is initially assigned to the Sports, but the incumbent will be required to work on multiple platforms.
We’re looking for a candidate with the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent;
- Five (5) years’ journalism experience or the equivalent;
- Extensive general knowledge;
- Excellent knowledge of current events;
- Fluent in French;
- Excellent knowledge of the other official language;
- Solid command of communication techniques specific to the medium, as well as interview techniques;
- Knowledge of the Corporation’s Journalistic Standards and Practices.
Candidates may be subject to skills testing.
