What you do:
- As a cameraman you will perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
- You will set up, install, handle and maintain technical equipment, being responsible for technical aspects, quality of work, providing accurate advice and reports, transportation, and storage of equipment and supplies, in compliance with established corporate practices, methods and technical standards.
- Your assignments will require independent action, judgment and initiative, as well as cooperation and consultation with other technical, production and programming staff, in order to achieve desired goals and outcomes.
This position requires the following:
- High school diploma, followed by one to two years of specialized training (in electronics, audiovisual production, or communications).
- Two to three years’ or more related experience in TV technical and production; additional specialized training an asset.
- Knowledge of English and French ; working language: French.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Capable to work with others.
Candidates will be subject to skills testing. Candidates shall supply a copy of their diploma and transcript(s).
