What you do:
- As Maintenance Technician, you will perform duties associated with maintaining production and broadcasting systems/equipment, such as configuring, installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and refurbishing, according to established standards, in a multidisciplinary environment that includes networking, optics, electronics, computer systems, audio and video servers, mechanics, machining, welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- You will also have to operate the radio studio.
- You will have to work during various shifts, nights and week-ends.
We’re looking for a candidate who has the following:
- College diploma (DCS) in electronics technology (audiovisual, telecommunications or computing systems option) or a relevant field.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience performing related duties. - Familiarity with audio, video and videotape recording systems (both analog and digital).
- Knowledge of computing and networking.
- Excellent spoken and written French.
- Functional English.
- Knowledge as Radio Sound Technician will be an asset.
Candidates will be subject to skills testing.
