What you do;

As an Administrative assistant, you will coordinate the steps involved in processing in-house and external service requests. You will ensure that the relevant procedures and policies are applied, and perform administrative duties required to run the department.

More specifically, for Regulatory Affairs:

  • Your main responsibility will be to provide instructions and coordinate information regarding the assessment of commercial messages and promotional contests, in both English and French.
  • Your good judgment will enable you to conduct research and analyze data used to produce monthly statistical reports.
  • Finally, you will perform clerical duties that contribute to managing departmental operations, such as booking meetings, preparing documentation, filing, and making travel arrangements.

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

  • College diploma in administration or a related field;
  • Minimum one (1) year’s experience performing administrative duties;
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel;
  • Good knowledge of English and French (spoken and written);
  • Able to work independently and take initiative;
  • Strong organizational skills; able to set priorities and respond to multiple urgent requests;
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy.

Candidates may be subject to skills testing.
