What you do:
- As Producer, you will be in charge of designing, planning, organizing and producing programs. More specifically, you will plan logistics and organize production resources for news programming.
- For reference purposes, this position will be assigned to the Michel Desautels radio show.
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
- University degree or the equivalent in communications or related fields;
- Relevant experience in Radio production or a related field, with CBC/Radio-Canada or another company;
- Strong journalism experience;
- Bilingualism;
- Very flexible schedule;
- Proficiency with Radio production and presentation technologies;
- Knowledge of CBC/Radio-Canada’s Journalistic Standards and Practices;
- Computer skills;
- Knowledge of CBC/Radio-Canada programming, especially news programs;
- Creative mind;
- Able to work well under pressure;
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proven coordination skills;
- Able to work quickly;
- Good general knowledge;
- Proven leadership abilities;
- Able to establish and maintain excellent interpersonal relations.
