We are looking for enthusiastic, personable, and experienced Audio Operators to join our team in the Toronto Production Centre in casual and/or temporary technical roles. As a proven audio operator in the TV broadcast industry, you will have solid experience mixing in a live to air production environment. If this is you, we want to meet you to discuss your future.
The successful candidate will posses:
- Community College graduation in Applied Television Arts or relevant alternative program, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 1 year directly related experience working as a audio operator in a live production environment within the broadcast industry.
- Mobile or remote audio mixing experience is an asset.
- Solid understanding of television production craft interrelation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to remain tactful in stressful situations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Creative troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Able to work as a team member or independently.
- Willingness to work various shift patterns, overtime or weekends.
