Miss Lalonde has been around a while at Mother Corp. I wonder if she was appointed by Rachel Nixon in the infamous Alex Frame model–Not good enough to challenge Mr. Frame, not bad enough to muck up, and dependent on the A-Frame for status and promotions.
And why does the CBC need so much other media contacts. Unless they have been told by TPTB (yoohoo! Mr. Stursberg) that the CBC is going net all the way and dropping broadcasting? ” Away with the CRTC, they can’t touch me here”
But in the 5000 channel universe, nobody watches the CBC, but hits the porn channel right away.
Sad that the people they give these jobs to can’t even do basic web publishing. Why can they not find people who have all the necessary skills, rather than people like Ormiston who have the journalism cred, but clueless when it comes to covering online elections via twitter.
… and learn how to write. That blog is awful! It barely makes any sense at all.
