CBC doesn’t even bother trying to claim Bold is living up to the licence requirements it originally received (né Country Canada [né Land & Sea]). The CRTC is skipping a hearing on the matter but isn’t rubber-stamping CBC’s eleventh-hour request for a licence amendment.
