As for the CDR resource, it is sad to see some previous logos/ads of the CBC.
And a postage stamp found for the International shortwave service is of the former times rather than the deboned RCI Viva service destroying all the good foreign relations diplomoacy that RCI used to engender. Now is not the time to excessively ‘localize’ the foreign service, but expand to fill the many gaps occuring in the SW spectrum.
